Google Pixel 7, Pixel 7 pro launch date, pricing, Specifications everything you need to know

Google unveiled its next series of flagship smartphones, the Google Pixel 7 and Google Pixel 7 Pro, at the Google IO developer conference event back in May 2022 along with the much-awaited Google Pixel 6a. 

Now everyone is awaiting for Google's next flagship device's Google Pixel 7 and Google Pixel 7 pro.

While we await the official launch, here's everything we know so far about the Google Pixel 7 and Google Pixel 7 Pro.

Highlights- 

1)Google officially announced two flagship Pixel models; Google Pixel 7 and Google Pixel 7 Pro, at the 2022 Google IO developer conference. 

2)As per Google Pixel 7 series smartphones will use the upgrades 2nd generation Tensor SoC.

3)As per reports Google Pixel 7 will come with a 90Hz 6.3-inch FHD+ OLED display. Pixel 7 Pro is expected to come with a 120Hz 6.7-inch display 144P OLED display with HDR 10+ certification.

4)As per leaks Google is using the same Samsung GN1 primary sensor and IMX381 ultra-wide sensor, the same as last year's flagships. Whereas the front camera will be using an 11MP Samsung 3J1 sensor, both on the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. Google could be using Samsung GM1 telephoto  sensor in pixel 7 series.

5)Google Pixel 7 series will run Android 13. As For the colours, Google has officially revealed Pixel 7 will come in Obsidian, Snow, and Lemongrass. Whereas, Pixel 7 Pro will come in Obsidian, Snow, and Hazel. 

6)Google hasn't specified any specific launch date for the launch of Google Pixel 7 series. But as per a recent tweet from tipster Jon Prosser  the Google Pixel 7 series will launch on October 6th.

But according to a report from 9to5Google, Google seems to be testing another device which is expected to get a high-end display, codenamed G10 in the Android Open Source Project.

As per Google Pixel 7 series smartphones will use the upgrades 2nd generation Tensor SoC, which is a successor to the last year's first generation Tensor SoC that google used in Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro and the recently launched Pixel 6a smartphone. The chipset is said to use the Samsung 5300 Exynos Modem for connectivity.
