Conclusion-

1)Vivo V21 5G comes with 6.44 inch FHD+ Amoled display with 90 hz refresh rate while 

Realme x7 comes with 6.43 inch FHD+ Super Amoled display with 60hz refresh rate and peak brightness of upto 600 nits.

So on display department both the device's are similar but Vivo v21 5G has 90hz refresh rate display which is an advantage over Realme x7 60hz display.

2) Vivo V21 5G is powered by Mediatek Dimensity 800u 5G chipset .

Realme x7 is also powered by Mediatek Dimensity 800u 5G chipset.

So you can expect similar kind of performance from both the phones but UI will be better on Realme x7 because Realme UI is very well optimised than Vivo's Funtouch OS 11 though it has been  very well upgraded now but still needs improvement.

3)Vivo v21 5G comes with 4000 mah battery with 33 watt fast charging support.

Realme x7 comes with 4310 mah battery with 50 watt fast charging support.

So on the camera department both the device's rear camera's seem similar. But if you are person who loves taking selfies and vlogging Vivo V21 5G is better as it has 44MP front camera with OIS, dual flash and 4K 30 FPS video recording compared to the 16MP on Realme x7.

From the Pricing it seems that Realme x7 offers a better value for money.

The device runs Android 11 with  Funtouch OS UI 11.1 on top. The device has 4000 mah battery with 33 watt fast charging support.

Vivo V21 5G has triple rear camera's 64MP(primary lens) with OIS +8MP(ultrawide angle lens)+2MP(depth lens).  On the front it has 44MP camera with OIS, autofocus  dual falsh and it could record 4K/30 FPS videos.
