IQOO 7 Indian variant will not be powered by Snapdragon 888 chipset
The IQOO 7 series will launch in India on April 26th and will be available via Amazon India website. Brand has confirmed that it will IQOO 7 and IQOO 7 legend in India. Brand had already told that a model will have Snapdragon 888 chipset priced under Rs 40000. Ahead of the official launch standard IQOO 7 has been listed on Amazon and the image shows that it will be a rebranded version of IQOO Neo 5 launched earlier in China. The listing also confirms the device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset. Now let's have a look at the Specifications of the device.

IQOO Neo 5 Specifications-The Device comes with 6.62 inch FHD+ Super Amoled display with 120 hz refresh rate, a centre punch hole, HDR 10+ support and the maximum brightness can go upto 1300 nits.The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 5g Chipset, the storage type here is UFS 3.1 and it has LPDDR 5 ram. The device packs a 4400 mah battery paired with a 66 watt fast charger provided in the box itself. The device comes with triple rear camera's 48MP primary camera(Sony imx 598) with OIS, 13MP(ultrawide) and 2MP mono sensor . On the front it has 16MP selfie camera for selfies. For biometrics it has in display fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers and HI-FI audio. The device comes with Android 11 with Origin OS UI on top.
The price of the 8GB+128GB base variant starts at RMB 2499 (approx Rs 27900), 8GB+256GB variant priced at RMB 2699(approx Rs 30100) and 12GB+25GB priced at RMB 2999 ( approx Rs 33500)
It comes in Black,Cloud blue and Pixel orange colour options.
