Google Pixel 5a launch confirmed by Google in August

 Some reports suggested that Google Pixel 5a 5G would be cancelled due to the global semiconductor shortage. However the news has now been debunked by Google itself. The company confirmed that the Google Pixel 5a "will be available later this year in the US and Japan" and the launch will be in line when last year pixel a series was introduced. Basically this means that the device could launch in August month as the pixel 4a was introduced in August 2020.  Pixel 5a was recently spotted in BIS website from which we could know some expected Specifications.

Highlights- 

1) Google has confirmed that it will launch Pixel 5a later this year in August.

2)Pixel 5a will launch for US and Japan markets 

3)The device may have 6.2 inch FHD+ oled display. It could have 90 hz refresh rate.

4)The device could be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G 5G chipset.

5) The device could have dual rear camera's 12.2MP+13MP. On the front it could have 8MP selfie shooter.

6)It could have 3500 mah battery with 18 watt fast charging support.

7) Pricing remains unknown at the moment.

THE device could be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chipset paired with 4/6GB ram and 64/128GB of onboard storage.The device could have dual rear camera's 12.2MP(primary)+13MP. On the front it could have 8MP selfie shooter.

The device could run Android 11. It could have 3500 mah battery with 18 watt fast charging support.
